At Sit With PD, your satisfaction and trust are important to us. Payments for digital courses, resources, or completed sessions are generally non-refundable. Sit With PD Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st April, 2026

At Sit With PD, we are committed to providing meaningful emotional wellness support and high quality services. Your satisfaction is important to us.

This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds may be issued.

1. Digital Products & Courses

  • ● All digital resources, courses, or downloadable materials follow a non-refundable once access has been granted, due to the nature of digital content.
  • ● If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact us at Sit-Com Contact Email. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

2. One-on-One Consultations or Coaching Sessions

  • ● Refunds for paid sessions may be considered. Process of cancellation is clear at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • ● If you cancel within that 24 hours notice, the session becomes non-refundable, but we may reschedule as possible depending on availability.
  • ● Refunds will not be issued for sessions already completed.

3. Group Programs or Workshops

  • ● Refund requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before the program start date.
  • ● After the registration begins, refunds are not available, but credit may be applied to future sessions at Sit With PD's discretion.

2. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

5. Exceptions

  • ● Any special exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case by case basis, and Sit With PD reserves the right to approve or decline refunds based on the situation.
  • ● Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
